MUDDELING WITH MY ROLLING PIN AS I DIDN’T HAD A PROPER MUDDELER, THIS IS MY MAKE SHIFT MUDDELER AND IT WORKS PERFECTLY FINE.

METHOD:

  1. Take a glass, at the bottom of the glass add 2 to 3 tbsp strawberry crush or as much as you like.
  2. On the top of strawberry crush add 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp fresh chopped strawberries, few wedges of lemon with skin, few leaves of fresh mint.
  3. Now muddle all the ingredients in the glass so that the oils of the lemon skin comes out and the mint leaves get crushed lightly and give out a fresh flavor to the drink (as I didn’t had a muddler so I used my rolling pin).
  4. When everything is muddled nicely, top the drink with any lemon flavoured fizz drink (I used sprite here).
  5. Garnish the drink with fresh strawberries and mint leaves, serve it chilled with a straw (you can add crushed ice also if you wish).
  6. While drinking stir the drink with your stirrer or straw and enjoy your nonalcoholic strawberry mojito.

NOTE:

  • MUDDLING THE INGREDIENTS IS NECESSARY AS IT BRINGS OUT THE FLAVOURS OF THE INGREDIENTS LIKE MINT AND LEMON OILS FROM THE LEMON SKIN, WHICH WORKS WONDERS FOR THIS DRINK AND MAKES IT MORE REFRESHING.
