PANEER TIKKA

Paneer tikka is every vegetarian’s favourite starter, all over India. It is generally made in tandoors in restaurants and dhabas. But as I don’t have a tandoor, I tried to make it using a non-stick pan, and gave it a tandoor effect by directly holding it over gas flame, which gave it a nice, smoky flavour. I hope you all will try this method and will never want to go for any restaurant paneer tikkas again.
