To beat the summer heat my personal favourite ice cream is my desi kulfi. So presenting my easy-peasy mango kulfi recipe. It is a must try in this hot weather and as mangoes are my favourite fruit what could be better than mango kulfi in this season. There is a lot of demand from my family and friends for these beauties. No one can say no to these cute kulfis. Enjoy your summers friends.

  • 400 ml – Condensed milk
  • 200 ml – Amul cream one small carton whipped to soft peaks
  • Alphanzo mango purée 1 cup that is equal to 200 ml (reduce so that some of the watery content evaporise cool and keep aside)
  • 1/4th cup – Mango crush
  • A big pinch of Kesar (Saffron)
  • Mango essence (optional) (or u can use elachi power if u like but in my mango kulfi I do not like to overpower the mango flavour by elachi)
  • 4 to 5 nos – Crushed Almonds

image of MANGO KULFMethod:

  1. Mix the condensed milk with mango puree, mango crush, kesar (saffron), mango essence, well till it becomes a homogenous mixture.
  2. Fold in the whipped cream in the mixture with light hand and at last add the crushed almond.
  3. Pour in Kulfi mould or ice cream mould and close the lid tightly or else you can cling wrap the mouth of the mould and put ice cream stick if you like and freeze for 8 to 9 hours. You can add more nuts if you want for garnish, but I like it with a drizzle of Aam Ras.
  4. Serve with love to someone you love. Happy cooking.

Note :

  • You can also add some chopped mango pieces inside the kulfis for more fun.
