Green coriander chutney is a must in my home everyday, it’s a nice accompaniment with breakfast items daily like Veg Sandwiches, Burgers, Dhokla and even with Parathas or Idli and Dosas.

Every week I make this green chutney and keep it in the fridge to use the week long as I don’t get time in the busy morning hours to grind it daily. In my fridge, I usually keep 2 types of chutney ready one is Green Coriander and the other is the Sweet Tamarind chutney which goes well with every kind of food as a dip and spread.

I use these 2 chutneys in almost all my chat items too and it comes in handy if ready made chutney is available in your fridge. Jhatpat Chatpata snacks and chats are ready in a jiffy.
