I cant even think of having any tandoori dishes without this chutney, it’s the best combo with all tandoori dishes and I bet you that once you try this combo it will make you salivate with each and every dip and bite.
This one is my family’s favorite chutney, we can have it with anything and everything possible, be it tandoori dishes, biryani’s, pulaos, upma, pakodas or as a spread on sandwiches or khati rolls.

dahi-2_1
This dahi(curd) chutney is made in every restaurant and as a child I used to lick the bowl at the end of my meal in every restaurant visit, but eventually tried it in my own kitchen and got to know that how easy it is to make at home with only few ingredients.

This chutney is a flavorful dip which is derived from our basic green chutney, but adding the curd makes a lot of difference to the taste that will make you lick your plates and asking for more! The flavors of mint coriander along with the spices, curd and the extra tang from the lemon juice excites your taste buds in different ways.

I have posted Paneer tikka, Tandoori aloo  and Kale Chane Ki Shami Kebab recipes along with it I have served this chutney which goes well with those dishes do try them too.

Hope you try this restaurant like dahi(curd) chutney and love it as I do. Do give me a feed back if you try.
Happy cooking!
